PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our "Swiss Steak" is
made from a lean portion of 100% DOMESTIC beef from Chuck. Once the meat has been
individually hand trimmed, it
is placed in the inner pouch with our special seasonings and slow cooked until it is
fork-tender. Each package of "Swiss Steak" has
approximately six 4
oz. pieces. To heat, remove
the top plastic film. Remove the cooking bag and cut one
end of the bag off. Cut a slit in top of the bag.
Microwave on
High for 7 minutes or until heated through. Complete heating directions are on each label.
