PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION
Our
"Pot Roast" is made from a fat free
portion of a beef chuck. We use only 100%
grain fed domestic beef graded USDA choice
or select. Once the meat has been hand
trimmed, it is placed in the inner pouch with
our special seasonings and slow cooked until
it is fork-tender. Each "Pot Roast"
weighs one pounds and will serve
approximately three adults. To heat: Remove
the top plastic film by cutting along inner
edge of tray. Take out pouch containing Pot
Roast. Cut small hole in pouch. Place
back into black tray or microwave-safe
dish. Cover and microwave on High for 3
to 4 minutes. Let set 2 minutes, carve and
serve. Complete
heating directions are on each label.
