Each "Tri Tip Roast" is trimmed of excess fat
down to an eighth of an inch, rubbed with our exclusive seasoning and slow-cooked in our
ovens. Each roast weighs between .8 to 1.3 pounds and easily serves
about three hungry
adults. To heat, remove top plastic film. Remove inner bag containing roast. Remove roast
from inner plastic bag and place back into black tray. Cover and microwave on High for
3-4 minutes (about 3 1/2 minutes per pound). Let stand 2 minutes, slice across meat grain and serve. Each label contains
