PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our "Swiss Steak" is
made from a lean portion of 100% DOMESTIC beef from the Chuck. Once the meat has been
individually hand trimmed, it
is placed in the inner pouch with our special seasonings and slow cooked until it is
fork-tender. Each package of "Swiss Steak" weighs
one pound. To heat, remove
the top plastic film. Cut corner off and pour contents of inner bag into black tray. Microwave on
High for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Let
stand and serve. Complete heating directions are on each label.
