How long will your products last once opened?

Our products will last in a sealed refrigerated container similar to leftovers you prepare at home. Due to a variety of factors we cannot guarantee a length of time. For best results, if you know that a package is more than you will consume in one sitting, simply open the package and divide the contents into food storage containers or bags and freeze or refrigerate for future use. Once opened the product should be prepared and consumed within two to three days. Reheating times will need to be adjusted proportionately.

Where can I find your products?

We often will announce product rotations in Sam’s Club or Costco via Facebook. Like us on Facebook for updates on current products.

Are your items Gluten Free?

We currently do not have certified gluten free products. We try and list all allergens, to our best knowledge, in the ingredients statement.

Can I get gravy in a separate container or can I get additional gravy?

Due to the nature of our cooking we are not able to offer additional gravy at this time.

How should I defrost my product?

1. If the product is frozen, first defrost the product and then proceed with the heating instructions. You may:
a. Defrost the product by placing it in the refrigerator for 24 hours (or until completely defrosted), or
b. If using a microwave oven, defrost using the DEFROST function following your microwave oven’s instructions.
