PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our
Shredded Beef is from the beef chuck and is 100% domestic
beef, USDA graded choice or select. It is hand-trimmed extra lean. Then it is placed into a
cook-in-pouch with special sauce and slow-roasted until
fork-tender. Each pouch of Beef in sauce weighs approximately
one and a half pounds and will serve about six adults. To
heat: Carefully remove the top plastic film by cutting along
inner edge of tray. Take out pouch containing BBQ Beef. With
scissors, cut small end of pouch off. Pour contents into black
tray or microwave-safe-dish. Place on microwave-safe-dish or
other microwaveable rigid surface. Cover and microwave on High
for 7 minutes or until heated through. Let set 2 minutes, stir and serve. Complete heating directions are on each
label.
