PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
"Beef
Medallions in a Classic Italian Herb Sauce" are made from hand trimmed portions of
lean, boneless beef from the chuck. We use only 100% domestic beef
graded choice or select. Once they are trimmed, they are slow cooked until tender with our own
combination of tomatoes and special Italian Herb seasonings. To heat: Remove the top plastic film.
Remove the inner package containing the medallions and sauce. Cut off the end and place
the contents back into the tray, cover and microwave on High for 7 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand for 2 minutes, microwave Fettuccini for 1 1/2 minutes. Serve. Conventional warming directions
are on each label.
