PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our "Pork Loin Roast" has
been hand trimmed extra lean, seasoned with our own special spice blend and slow roasted
in our ovens until tender. Each roast weighs 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds and will serve 4-6
people. To heat, remove the outer label and wrapper. The roast is covered with elastic
netting to shape the roast while cooking. To remove, make a shallow slit from open end to
open end just cutting the net. Peel off the net and discard. Place the roast in a
microwavable cooking dish, add 2 tablespoons of water, cover and microwave on high for 8-9
minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Carve and serve. Complete heating directions on each
label.
