PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
When
making this product we use
only grain fed domestic steer briskets; graded USDA choice or
select. Each piece of "Cooked Corned
Beef" is trimmed of surface fat, cured with our exclusive seasonings and slow cooked
in our ovens. Each package weighs approximately 1.75 to 2.5 pounds and
easily serves six hungry adults. To heat, remove the top film. Cut a slit in
top of inner pouch microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand for 3 minutes. Carve just prior to serving. Each label contains
complete heating directions.
