PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our "Beef Chunks in Chili
Verde" are made from an extra lean portion of a beef
chuck graded USDA choice or select. Once the meat has been hand
trimmed, it is placed in the inner pouch with our special seasonings and slow cooked until
it is fork-tender. Each package weighs approximately two pounds and will serve about six
adults.To heat, remove the top plastic film, pour contents from inner pouch into microwave-safe
black tray. Microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes. Complete heating directions are on each label.
