PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We use only 100% domestic grain fed steer graded USDA choice or select.  Each "London Broil with Aujus" is trimmed of excess unwanted fat. Injected with our exclusive seasoning and slow-roasted to medium rare. Each roast weighs approximately 1.00 to 1.75 pounds and easily serves five hungry adults. To heat, in the microwave: Cut open the black tray around the top picture. Remove the inner-cooking bag and separate the meat and juices retaining the juices in a saucepan. Place meat back into the black tray and add 1 tsp. of water. Cover loosely; put the black tray on a Microwaveable plate as it bends a little when warm. Place the tray and plate in microwave (heat 3 ½ minutes per pound checking package weight) on High until heated through. Let stand, carve and serve. A Pyrex dish could be used instead of the tray. While the London Broil is in the microwave, warm the Aujus in a saucepan on the stove. Heat it up to just before a boil then remove from the heat. The Aujus can also be warmed in the microwave after the meat is finished and cooling; simply place in a Microwaveable cup and heat on High for 1 – 2 minutes or until hot. Thin slice the London Broil. Spoon Aujus onto served meat as desired.
