PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION
Our
"Pot Roast" is made from a fat free
portion of a beef chuck. We use only 100%
grain fed domestic beef graded USDA choice
or select. Once the meat has been hand
trimmed, it is placed in the inner pouch with
our special seasonings and slow cooked until
it is fork-tender. Each "Pot Roast"
weighs approximately two pounds and will serve
approximately six adults. To heat: remove the
top plastic film. Cut small hole in inner pouch
for venting. Microwave (3 ½ minutes per pound
checking package weight) on High until heated through.
