PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Each 2" "Lip-on Rib
Eye" is trimmed of excess fat, injected with our exclusive Au Jus seasoning,
placed in a cook-in-pouch and slow roasted in our ovens. Each "Slice of Prime
Rib" weighs approximately 8 ounces. To heat, remove inner bag and cut small end of
bag off with scissors. Place steak into microwave-safe dish and cover loosely. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on 50% power, or until
heated through. Heating on High may effect quality of meat.
