PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our "Swiss Steak" is
made from a lean portion of 100% DOMESTIC beef from the Chuck. Once the meat has been
individually hand trimmed, it
is placed in the inner pouch with our special seasonings and slow cooked until it is
fork-tender. Each package of "Swiss Steak" has six 4
oz. pieces. To heat: remove the top plastic film. Remove the cooking
bag and cut one end of the bag off. Cut a slit in top of the bag.
Microwave on High for 7 minutes or until heated through. Complete heating
directions are on each label.
